Hazon National Jewish Food Conference: Poultry Pollinators and Policy
I know I wrote a whole post about this already but why not mention it again. The upcoming food conference will be focusing on poultry and those interested in these issues are greatly encouraged to attend. Kosher Heritage chicken meat will be served and I will be there giving a chicken shechita presentation as well as other poultry themed classes.
